1. Visual Materials

All images, videos, graphics and other visual or promotional content on our website, social media, advertising platforms and other channels (together, "Visual Materials") are for illustration purposes only.

Visual Materials may be edited, enhanced, stylized or otherwise modified, including with digital and AI-assisted editing tools. They may show products in staged, idealized or enhanced conditions. They are meant to present the general nature and purpose of a product and are not an exact representation of the item you will receive.

2. Differences Between Visual Materials and the Actual Product

The product you receive may differ from what is shown or described in Visual Materials, including in its appearance, design, performance and functionality. Results and effects shown in Visual Materials depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.

These differences are a normal part of how products are presented. They do not make a product defective, damaged or "not as described."

3. Product Information and Updates

All product descriptions, specifications and other information are given in good faith, for general guidance only, and may be approximate. Products and their components, packaging and accessories may be changed, updated or replaced by the manufacturer at any time without notice. We may ship an updated or equivalent version of any product.

4. Acceptance

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand the product may not match Visual Materials or product descriptions in every respect, and that you accept this. Anything that falls under this policy is not, on its own, grounds for a refund, replacement, dispute or chargeback. Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any difference between Visual Materials or product information and the product delivered, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
